Philosophy

From tool exposure
to an operating framework

Based on teaching graduate students at Thunderbird and his career experiences, Michael developed a four-pillar framework that shifts AI education from a collection of tools into a scalable, repeatable marketing operating model.

CREATE
AI-assisted content creation, storytelling, and multimedia production — from written content to video, audio, and visual design.
CONNECT
CRM systems, workflows, APIs, lead flows, and customer engagement — how technologies integrate across ecosystems.
DESIGN
Systems thinking, automation architecture, and AI Agents — understanding how to architect workflows, not just use tools.
DELIVER
Publishing, distribution, presentations, and reporting — agency-quality campaign delivery and enterprise-grade communication.
"I wanted students to understand how technologies integrate into broader ecosystems and workflows rather than viewing them as isolated point solutions. This framework shifts the course from a collection of tools into a scalable, repeatable marketing operating model." — Michael Richter, The Adaptive Classroom (2026)
